Position: Home Care Worker (Domiciliary Care - DRIVERS REQUIRED)

Shifts Available: Zero-Hour Contract – Flexible Shifts Available, between Monday – Sunday, 7am – 10pm

Areas Available: Burntwood, Hednesford, Rugeley, Penkridge, Great Wryley, Cheslyn Hay, Bloxwich

What You Will Do
  • Provide Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting with dignity and comfort
  • Support Daily Living: Help with meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and shopping
  • Offer Companionship: Provide emotional support and help clients feel less isolated
  • Conduct Wellbeing Checks: Regular checks to ensure safety and wellbeing
  • Ensure Compliance: Adhere to company policies on privacy, health and safety, and care standards
  • Contribute to Continuous Improvement: Participate in team meetings and share ideas to improve services
  • Hold or be willing to obtain Class 1 business insurance
