Job summary
ICare Group is seeking Home Care Workers with a valid UK driving licence to support clients in Darwen and surrounding areas. The role offers flexible hours, mileage between care calls, and a competitive hourly rate of £13.45 to £13.70. A £125 welcome bonus is available, with additional benefits and full training provided.

Qualifications
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Have access to your own vehicle
- Be able to travel throughout the Darwen area
- Be willing to obtain Class 1 Business Insurance if not already in place
- Previous care experience welcome but training provided
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care with dignity and compassion
- Support with washing, dressing and daily routines
- Assist with meal preparation and nutrition
- Provide medication prompts and follow care plans
- Carry out wellbeing and safety checks
- Assist with light household tasks and maintaining a clean home
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Build positive relationships with clients
- Promote independence and person-centred care
- Work as part of a supportive care team
- Travel between clients' homes in Darwen community
