Job summary

ICare Group is seeking a Home Care Worker in Fleetwood (FY7). You will support clients in their own homes, helping with daily living while maintaining dignity and independence. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required, with travel across Fleetwood essential.

The role offers flexible hours, weekly pay and extensive training, plus a welcome bonus and mileage reimbursement to support your work in the community.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence.
• Have access to your own vehicle.
• Be able to travel throughout the Fleetwood (FY7) area.
• Be willing to obtain Class 1 Business Insurance if not already in place.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care with dignity, respect and compassion.
• Supporting with washing, dressing and daily routines.
• Assisting with meal preparation and nutrition.
• Providing medication prompts and support in line with care plans.
• Carrying out wellbeing and safety checks.
• Promoting independence, choice and person-centred care.
• Travelling between clients' homes across the Fleetwood community.
