Job description

We are an established but expanding company providing care services in and around Henley to disabled and elderly people in their own homes. This includes:

1. Assist and enable service users to dress, undress, wash, use toilet and bath, serve meals. Assist with feeding if required and hydration, generally assist with comfort and wellbeing.
2. Provide activity to engage and stimulate the service user, help with daily activities such as shopping, paying bills, taking to appointments.
3. Assist with medication, keep in touch with family and friends.
4. Undertake light cleaning and domestic duties including meal preparation as required.
5. Monitor service users' condition by taking observations, checking temperature, respiration, and urine tests for infections.
6. Record keeping and liaising with other professionals involved in the care of the service users.
7. Routinely oversee and monitor care workers, taking responsibility for shifts.
8. Perform health care tasks such as tracheostomy care, ventilation, and bed care, with relevant experience.
