Job summary

Reflections in Leeds is seeking an experienced Home Care Support Worker to provide one-to-one care in clients’ homes during the evenings. You will adhere to person-centred care plans, communicate effectively, and support clients to live independently with dignity.

Position:Home Care Support Worker ( Evenings)

Our organisation is led by an experienced team who developed Reflections with a vision of how they believed care should be delivered and pride themselves in ensuring that both the clients and staff feel fully supported. We require experienced Support Workers to work on a one-to-one basis with our clients within their own homes on a long-term basis.

• A firm understanding of person-centred care and planning
• Compassion and patience and an understanding of dignity
• A flexible approach
• Willingness to undertake all mandatory and any additional training required to suit the needs of the client. A car driver is essential due to locations and the needs of the clients Excellent communication skills
