Altogether Care is hiring a Care and Support Worker to provide in‑home support across Blandford and surrounding areas. The role involves driving between clients’ homes, delivering personal, physical and emotional care to help people stay independent and comfortable in daily life.

We offer a permanent contract with flexible shift patterns, including mornings, evenings and weekends. A welcome bonus and ongoing training support are included, along with mileage allowance and staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Support people at home to live as independently as possible.
• Drive to client homes as required for care visits.
• Provide personal, physical and emotional care.
• Assist with daily tasks, activities and appointments.
• Build positive relationships with clients, families and professionals.
• Record and deliver quality care using mobile technology.
