Altogether Care is hiring a Care & Support Worker to help people in their own homes in the Blandford community. Driving is essential and you will travel between visits. Benefits include training, development, and progression opportunities, with both full-time and part-time permanent contracts available.

Salary ranges £13.80–£14.30 per hour, with a welcoming bonus and mileage allowance. There are flexible shift patterns, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, with an enhanced DBS check

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle.
• Willingness to travel between care visits and travel across the local area.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, physical and emotional support.
• Help people with everyday tasks, activities and appointments.
• Encourage and empower clients to make their own choices.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, families and professionals.
• Travel throughout the local area to provide care where it is needed.
