Altogether Care Llp is seeking a Care and Support Worker in Weymouth to provide personal and practical care in clients' homes. You will help individuals stay independent, following our care framework and recording visits on mobile devices.

Excellent driving is essential, and you will contribute to compassionate, reliable care; full induction and ongoing training are provided, with opportunities for career progression and a generous mileage allowance.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Willingness to travel across Weymouth area.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal, physical and emotional care to clients.
• Support people at home to live as independently as possible.
• Drive to client locations as needed for visits.
• Assist with daily tasks and appointments.
• Record care using mobile technology to ensure quality care.
• Build positive relationships with clients, families and professionals.
