Altogether Care in Wareham is hiring a Care and Support Worker to provide compassionate in-home support across the community. You will travel between client homes, helping people stay independent and safe while delivering personal, physical and emotional care.

The role offers morning/evening shifts, full-time or part-time options, and weekend work with weekdays off where applicable. A driving licence and reliable vehicle are essential. Induction and ongoing training are provided.

• Full UK Driving Licence & access to own vehicle required.
