No prior experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive training and support. We will match you with a client based on your hobbies and interests, and introduce you during your first meeting.

We offer competitive rates of pay from £13.00 to £14.00 during weekends, with double pay on Bank Holidays. Additional benefits include mileage reimbursement and pension contributions, along with flexible working hours.

Qualifications

No formal qualifications are required to become a support worker. However, experience in a care setting or with older adults—such as caring for a family member or volunteering—would be advantageous. A passion for supporting others, reliability, trustworthiness, respectfulness, and the ability to build professional friendships are essential. Comfort in spending time with others is also important.
