Qualifications

• Experience in providing personal care and support to clients in their homes.
• Ability to assist with medication administration in line with care plans.
• Comfort with using care logs and maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to clients from door to door.
• Assist with toileting, continence management, and hygiene.
• Support clients in getting up in the morning and going to bed at night.
• Observe health and safety rules and report concerns to the Field Care Supervisor.
• Prepare meals respecting clients' preferences and nutritional needs.
