Home Care Scheduler - 26k - 30k (dependent upon experience), Manchester

Join our team as a Home Care Scheduler in Manchester, responsible for coordinating care services to ensure the highest quality of care for our clients. This role involves organizing staff rotas, maintaining communication with clients and care professionals, and supporting the delivery of personalized care in the community.

Responsibilities include:
  • Organizing rotas and staffing requirements
  • Ensuring staff and clients are aware of schedules
  • Responding to schedule changes and liaising with team members and clients
  • Supporting administrative duties as directed by the Registered Care Manager
  • Building positive relationships with clients, families, and professionals
  • Participating in on-call duties as part of the team
Qualifications:
  • Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Experience in scheduling roles, preferably in care sector
  • Full driving license and means of transport within the territory
  • IT literacy, including MS Office and CRM software
  • Experience with MAR sheets and medication supervision (preferred)
  • Passion for delivering quality care and supporting independence
  • Good communication skills and understanding of relevant legislation
