You will be introduced to your client during your first meeting.

We offer competitive pay rates from £13.00 to £14.00 during weekends, with double pay on Bank Holidays.

Additional benefits include mileage reimbursement and pension contributions. We also offer flexible working hours.

Qualifications

No specific qualifications are required to become a support worker, but experience in care settings or with older people, such as caring for a family member or voluntary work, is advantageous. A passion for supporting others, reliability, trustworthiness, and respectfulness are essential. You should enjoy building professional relationships and feel comfortable spending time with others.
