JOB PURPOSE

As a Senior Packaging Technologist, you will develop and scale innovative packaging solutions for our Homecare brands.
Working within a dynamic team, you’ll collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and R&D to bring ideas to life, from concept to shelf

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will take the lead in developing and delivering packaging solutions that combine consumer insight, technical excellence, and sustainability. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading packaging development from concept to full-scale production.
  • Translating consumer needs, business goals, and technical requirements into impactful solutions.
  • Managing global supplier partnerships to co-create high-performance packaging components.
  • Owning testing and validation plans to ensure robust, scalable specifications.
  • Identifying and implementing new technologies that unlock innovation and elevate the consumer experience.
  • Driving cost, quality, and speed improvements through expert project management and risk mitigation
  • Opportunity to coach and develop junior members of the team

  • Proven experience in packaging development — primarily for bottles & closures in a FMCG environment

  • Strong stakeholder and project management skills — you're a confident communicator and influencer.
  • A creative yet analytical mindset, ready to solve complex technical challenges.
