Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the day to day running of the Branch.
  • Build the customer base.
  • Create an environment that attracts and retains high quality staff.
  • Maintain CQC compliance in line with CQC standards.
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals to understand best practice.
  • Liaise with senior management and deliver KPI’s as required.

An outstanding new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Care Manager based in the Jersey, Channel Islands area to demonstrate a track record of growing a brand new domiciliary care service and driving standards to achieve a CQC overall rating of Outstanding. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers. This is an independent, family-run organisation dedicated to providing quality person-centred care to people living in their own homes and residential homes.

Salary and Benefits

The successful Domiciliary Care Branch Manager will receive an excellent salary of £55,000 - £60,000 per annum. This is a permanent full-time role for 40 hours a week, working from 9am to 5pm. Benefits include:
