• Minimum Level 3 or 4 in Residential Child Care or equivalent required.
• Senior / Team Leader experience required (2 years).
• QCF Level 5 is preferred.

We are looking for a dedicated, passionate, and enthusiastic individual to join our clients management team and support a 4 bed residential home based in Romford, Essex. The home will accommodate children aged 11-18 experiencing Emotional and Behaviour Difficulties.

The ethos of our client is really important, they want the young people to feel loved, cared for and nurtured whilst having the opportunity to explore a ''normal'' childhood and life experiences. With your guidance, the team will ensure that the young people living within the home have the very best care, great role models and a place to call home where they don't feel they have just been 'placed' until they turn 18.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Application question(s):

• Do you hold a minimum Level 3 or 4 in Residential Child Care (Children and Young Peoples Workforce) or equivalent?

Experience:

• Senior / Team Leader: 2 years (required) with a background in Residential Child Care.

Licence/Certification:

• QCF Level 5 or Equivalent (preferred)
