Job description

Home Care Assistants required across Belfast

We are currently recruiting Home Care Assistants across Belfast.

Full bespoke training will be provided for this role. You must, however, hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of a vehicle.

We can offer both full time and part time flexible rotas.

Our mornings are 07:00 - 14:30, afternoons 15:00 - 18:30 and put to bed rotas are from 19:00 - 23:00.

Any or all of these rotas may be worked. The put to bed rotas especially suit busy mums with no childcare through the day and students.

We can offer both full time and part time flexible rotas. We work off a 4/3 rota pattern, as follows: Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday; Week 2 - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

We also have overnight rotas from 23:00 - 07:00.

No qualifications or experience are necessary as full bespoke training will be provided.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle
  • Able to promote and deliver person-centered care
  • Able to promote dignity and respect when delivering care
  • Be well organised, professional, and caring
  • Interested in working in the community within Health and Social Care
  • Care about the community they live in

QCF level 3 in H & SC preferred.
