At Home Instead we value the amazing work that our Care Professionals do every day. In order to help you achieve the best for yourself and your clients, we offer:

  • Competitive pay - from £14.00to £15.00per hour. Bank Holiday pay rates - from £28per hour
  • Minimum 2hour calls– with client matching for continuity.
  • We have morning, afternoon and evening visits available, you will be with the client for a minimum of 3 hours at a time but often longer, sometimes for the whole day- We offer either part time or full time hours based on your availabilities.
  • You receive your schedule a month in advance based on your availabilites
  • Training - full induction programme where we provide award winning training and opportunities to develop your career further
  • Pension Scheme

What you will bring:

Help clients to remain happy, healthy and thriving in their own homes! Responsibilities may include:

  • Companionship and wellbeing support
  • Help with everyday tasks from cooking a meal to light housework
  • Helping your client access their community by accompanying them to the shops or appointments
  • Help with washing, dressing or bathing.
