We are recruiting Care Assistants in Farnborough

Our amazing Care Assistants are roll-your-sleeves-up, supportive, positive, honest, warm and committed kind of people. The kind of people who love to help others get the most out of life.

You’ll be caring for older people in their own homes, supporting them in all sorts of ways. From personal care, to medication support, taking clients out and about, to dementia care.

You don’t need any previous experience to join our Radfield Home Care team in Farnborough as a Care Assistant. You’ll get all the training you need. You will need a UK driver’s licence, be over the age of 18 and have access to a vehicle.

We’d also love to hear from you if you’ve got previous care experience in roles such as caregiver, care home assistant, care worker, support worker, healthcare assistant, care assistant, carer and care home worker.

With the payments in between visits added to our Home Care Worker hourly pay rate, the average hourly pay for each hour of care provided is as follows:

Monday to Friday: £12.25 (average including paid travel time £14.30)

Saturday / Sunday £15.00 (average including paid travel time £17.50)

Bank holidays:

Monday to Friday £24.00

Saturday / Sunday £26.00

Hours of work:

We are currently looking to recruit evening Home Care Workers on a part time basis.

The days that you work can be flexible to fit in with your availability. For example, you may wish to work on certain days, this would be fine. Or maybe you'd like to work consecutive days, we could also accommodate that as well.

Ideally your working hours would be from 5/6pm until 11.00pm on the days that you work, however if you wished to start later this could be considered - your working pattern would be discussed at the beginning of your application.
