Overview

Home Care Assistant (Part-Time & Flexible Shifts available)

Location: Totton, Hythe, Marchwood, New Milton, Lymington, Brockenhurst, Waterside, Barton on Sea, Milford on Sea, Lyndhurst, Beaulieu

Hours

Between 7am – 10pm (Flexible shifts available). Availability for every other weekend is preferred, but not full days and flexibility can be discussed.

Pay

Hourly rate: £13.00 per hour (weekdays). Evenings & Weekends: Higher rate £13.50 per hour

About the Role

As a Home Care Assistant at Home Instead New Forest, you’ll help older adults live independently and comfortably in their own homes by supporting with:

  • Personal care (washing, dressing, grooming)
  • Medication reminders and mobility support
  • Light housekeeping and meal preparation
  • Companionship and conversation
  • Shopping and errands
