Home Instead is seeking compassionate Home Care Assistants to support clients in their own homes across Hinckley, Burbage and Nuneaton. Roles include companionship, housekeeping and personal care, with visits typically lasting a minimum of one hour to build strong relationships.

No previous care experience is required as full training is provided. A driver with access to their own vehicle is essential, and alternate weekend availability is expected.

Are you looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference every day? We're seeking compassionate and reliable Home Care Assistants to join our team, supporting clients in their own homes within the community.

We believe in quality care, which is why our visits are a minimum of one hour - giving you the time to build genuine relationships with the people you support.

What you'll do:

• Support clients in their own homes across Hinckley, Burbage and Nuneaton (along with parts of the Blaby District)
• Provide a wide range of support - from housekeeping and companionship to personal care
• Help clients maintain independence and dignity in the comfort of their own home

What we're looking for:

• Caring people with a genuine desire to make a difference
• No experience necessary - full training provided
• Driver with access to your own vehicle - essential
• Alternate weekend availability - essential
• Flexible approach - this is a 0-hour contract, giving you the freedom to balance work life

Pay and Hours:

• £12.75 per hour - Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm
• £13.75 per hour - Weekday evenings & early mornings
• £14.75 per hour - Weekends
• Double pay - Bank Holidays & the Christmas Period
