Saxon Care is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team delivering compassionate home care across Chippenham and surrounding areas. You will support clients in their own homes, helping with daily living, meals, and medication prompts, while ensuring dignity and independence.

No experience is needed as full training is provided; we offer permanent contracts with guaranteed hours, a competitive hourly rate, and opportunities for career development within a leading care provider.

Formación

• No experience required; full training provided.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Availability to work alternate weekends; right to work in the UK (no sponsorship).

Responsabilidades

• Personal care and support with daily living activities.
• Meal preparation and nutritional support.
• Medication prompts and assistance where required.
• Light household duties and domestic support.
• Shopping and community access support.
• Accompanying clients on outings and appointments.
• Companionship and emotional support.
• Encouraging independence and involvement in care planning.
• Accurate recording and reporting of care visits.
