Call-In Homecare Limited is hiring a Home Care Assistant to support clients across Falkirk and surrounding areas with compassionate in-home care. The role offers guaranteed hours, full paid training, and a friendly team ready to support your development.

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds; no experience is required as comprehensive training is provided. You’ll work with a flexible mix of mornings, evenings, and bank shifts, with weekly pay and an inclusive pay package.

Qualifications

• Kind, caring and compassionate personality.
• Good level of English.
• Willingness to commit to contracted shift patterns.
• Full UK driving licence preferred (driving is advantageous, not always required).

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities (meal prep, light housekeeping, companionship).
• Support clients with personal care as needed.
• Record and report daily visits accurately.
• Assist in care planning and client wellbeing activities.
