Cera Care Ltd in East Grinstead is seeking caring and reliable Care Assistants to support our clients at home across East Grinstead and surrounding areas.

We offer part-time and full-time roles with flexible shifts (mornings, days, evenings and nights) and every other weekend off for work-life balance. You will receive training, DBS/PVG clearance, and access to a broad benefits package including mileage, weekly pay, and pension.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with personal care including continence support, washing and dressing
• Manage medications as required
• Prepare hot meals and assist with domestic tasks
• Provide companionship, reassurance and support to clients
• Follow care plans and document care activities using the carer app
