Cera Care in Swineshead is hiring a Care Assistant to support clients at home, delivering compassionate personal care, companionship and daily living tasks. Full training is provided, with flexible shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends to fit your life.

No previous experience is required; a driving licence is preferred for travel across our service area, and there are guaranteed hours and a drivers bonus scheme. Join us to make a real difference every day.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including washing, dressing and continence support.
• Support with medications administration as directed by care plans.
• Prepare meals and assist with domestic tasks.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Support clients with mobility and daily routines as needed.
