Job summary

Cera Care is seeking dedicated Care Assistants to support clients in their own homes across Kings Lynn and surrounding areas. The role offers flexible shifts, including mornings, days, evenings and nights, with every other weekend off, and requires a driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering care in a home setting or similar environment.
• Ability to assist with personal care and daily tasks.
• A caring, patient and empathic approach to clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including continence support, washing and dressing, managing medications, cooking or preparing hot meals, and helping with domestic tasks.
• Provide companionship, reassurance and encouragement to improve clients' quality of life.
• Follow care plans and use technology to streamline administrative tasks and risk alerts.
