Job summary

Care Outlook Community is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to visit clients in their own homes in the TW3/ TW4/ TW5 and surrounding areas. You will provide personal care, build relationships, and contribute to strong, compassionate care in the community.

The role involves door-to-door visits, flexible shifts including early and late hours, and full-time hours with a meaningful impact on clients. Training is provided and DBS costs are covered.

Qualifications

• Caring, reliable, patient and compassionate.
• Some flexibility as you will be supporting people in their own homes.
• Working every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with personal care (washing, toileting, dressing etc.).
• Performing light housekeeping tasks.
• Observing, monitoring and recording keeping.
