Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Health Care Assistant to support clients with day-to-day care in home and community settings. You will help clients stay safe, comfortable and maintain dignity, independence and wellbeing.

You will assist with personal care, meals, mobility, companionship and daily routines, while observing changes in health and reporting to the care team. Full training is provided and visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in personal care and daily routines.
• Ability to work in home care and community settings.
• Right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship not available.
• NVQ Level 2/3 preferable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks (washing, dressing, toileting).
• Support Meals and hydration for clients.
• Help with mobility and safe movement around the home.
• Provide companionship to reduce loneliness.
• Report changes in health and progress to the care team.
• Follow care plans and safeguarding procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment.
• Record incidents and care progression accurately.
