Job summary

Routes Healthcare (North) Limited is seeking a Female Care Assistant with a own vehicle to visit clients across the Wirral area and deliver person‑centred homecare.

You will manage personal care, medication support, meals and daily tasks, travelling between visits. A full UK driving licence and access to a car are essential; at least 3 months UK care experience is required. Enhanced DBS is fully funded.

Qualifications

• Must have a full valid UK driving licence and access to a car for work.
• At least 3 months paid care experience in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Visiting vulnerable clients in their own homes.
• Providing personal care with dignity and respect.
• Supporting with medication management and meals.
• Traveling between client visits to deliver care.
