Niya Care is hiring for a Home Care Team in Dorset. We welcome dedicated individuals who drive and have the right to work in the UK. Join us as a caregiver on a full-time or part-time basis to support clients at home and in the community.

You will provide personal care, prepare meals, assist with appointments, and help maintain clients’ safety and dignity. We offer training and ongoing professional development, mileage reimbursement, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Providing personal care with dignity and respect.
• Supporting clients with meals and nutrition.
• Engaging clients in social activities to reduce isolation.
• Accompanying clients to appointments and outings.
• Monitoring health conditions with attentiveness and care.
• Providing companionship and pastoral support where appropriate.
• Assisting with medication administration accurately.
• Keeping clear care logs and handover notes.
