Job summary

ND Care & Support Ltd is seeking enthusiastic Driver and Walker roles in the Shaftesbury area of Newport. You will assist adults at home with personal care, daily living tasks and community participation.

Applicants need a full UK driving licence, vehicle access, and a commitment to person-centred support. The role requires 25 hours per week over 4 days with every other weekend, plus a supportive induction and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Must have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Minimum of 25 hours per week over 4 days and every other weekend.
• Based in the Shaftesbury area of Newport.
• Caring, reliable and committed to person-centred support.

Responsibilities

• Support adults in their own homes with personal care and daily living tasks.
• Assist with medication (training provided).
• Enable community access and social activities.
• Provide moving and handling support and promote independence, wellbeing and confidence.
