We are seeking compassionate individuals to provide essential support to our clients in their own homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Your contributions will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for the elderly and vulnerable in our community.

We are a reputable domiciliary care company with a 'GOOD' CQC rating. We cover Chelmsford, Billericay, Ingatestone, Brentwood, and surrounding areas. All carers are expected to cover all locations, and you will be paid for travel time and mileage.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Support individuals in maintaining independence and dignity while providing companionship.
• Implement and follow care plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Communicate effectively with clients and their families.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress.
• Drive to clients’ homes as required, ensuring timely arrivals.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Skills

• Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience in home care is advantageous but not essential.
• Familiarity with IT systems for record-keeping and communication is beneficial.
• Ability to understand and implement care plans accurately.
• A valid driving license is essential for travel between locations.
• A compassionate nature and a genuine desire to help others are essential.

Weekly Schedule

• Mornings: 07:00 - 16:00
• Evenings: 16:00 - 23:00
• Alternate weekends working (essential)
