Job summary

Kingsley Home Care Services is recruiting a dedicated Home Care Assistant to support clients in their own homes. We value our carers and offer competitive pay as a Living Wage employer, with paid mileage and fully paid training and uniforms.

You'll join a compassionate, patient-friendly team with flexible shifts (weekends and evenings) to fit around your life. A driving licence is preferred, and full UK driving is required for some clients.

Key duties and responsibilities

As a Home Care Assistant, you'll:

• Provide high-quality personal care, always respecting client dignity and promoting independence within the clients' home
• Be flexible and adaptable to meet client and business needs
• Represent Kingsley Home Care with professionalism and pride

Skills and attributes

• Experience is a plus, but full training is provided
• Access to a car and full UK driving licence is preferred
