Qualifications

• Ability to use hoists and mobility aids safely and transfer techniques.
• Strong communication skills with clients and families.
• Accurate documentation of care and medications.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes.
• Assist with toileting, continence, nutrition, and daily living tasks.
• Support clients in morning routines and evening care.
• Administer medications as per care plans and instructions.
• Maintain detailed care logs and monitor health changes.
