Qualifications

• Experience in domiciliary care and supporting clients at home.
• Ability to manage medications safely per care plans.
• Comfort with mobility aids and transfer techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes.
• Assist with toileting, continence, and hygiene needs.
• Assist clients in waking up and going to bed.
• Support with medications as per Care Needs Assessment.
• Maintain accurate records of care and medication support.
• Prepare meals and beverages taking into account preferences and dietary needs.
• Perform light household duties as instructed by the care plan.
• Follow health and safety rules and raise concerns to supervisor.
• Undertake other duties within the post scope as requested.
