Job Description

We’re looking for Care Assistants with good availability, particularly during mornings and evenings, who are committed to providing high-quality, person-centred care. Visits are always a minimum of one hour, ensuring you have the time to build meaningful relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Personal care including bathing, dressing and toileting

• Administering or prompting medication

• Preparing light meals and supporting with household tasks

• Providing companionship and emotional support

• Accurate record keeping and communication with the care team
