Job Description

Responsibilities:

As aCare Assistant/Care Professional, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting clients in their own homes. Your tasks may include:

  • Personal care
  • Companionship
  • Home help
  • Assisting with medication
  • Meal preparation
  • Promoting independence
  • Work as part of a team, effectively communication with the office team as well as other care professionals.

Requirements:

  • Compassionate Approach: We value kindness and a caring nature over experience. If you have a positive attitude and a willingness to help, we want to hear from you.
  • Reliable Transport: Access to a reliable form of transport (such as a car) is essential.
  • Availability: Commit to a minimum of 10hours per week, including afternoons, evenings and every other weekend.
  • Location: Be based in or around the Goole or Selby area and willing to travel to Selby/Snaith/Goole areas.
  • Transport: Must have full UK Driving License and access to vehicle.

Note: This role is UK-based, and right-to-work verification is part of the recruitment process. All applicants will undergo a face-to-face interview at our office in Castleford. Due to our clients living in rural areas, a valid driving license and reliable transport are required.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £13.00 per hour.

Expected hours: 10 – 16 per week with scope to increase if desired.
