Job description

We are recruiting for a sitting service in Belfast. The successful applicant will be in the one location from the start of their rota until the end. This is not care in the community.

We have a morning rota from 08:00 - 14:00 and two evening rotas - one rota 15:00 - 20:00 and one rota 17:15 - 20:00.

We can offer both full time and part time flexible rotas. We work off a 4/3 rota pattern, as follows: Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday; Week 2 - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

We also have overnight rotas from 23:00 - 07:00.

No qualifications or experience are necessary as full bespoke training will be provided.

Minimum requirements:

• Full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle
• Able to promote and deliver person-centered care
• Able to promote dignity and respect when delivering care
• Be well organized, professional, and caring
• Interested in working in the community within Health and Social Care
• Care about the community they live in

QCF level 3 in H & SC is preferred.
