Main Duties

• Provide Personal Care – including washing, dressing, and continence support
• Support with Daily Living – such as preparing meals, housekeeping, and shopping
• Medication Support – administering or prompting medication as per care plans
• Emotional and Social Support – companionship, conversation and wellbeing support
• Monitor and Report – changes in client health, wellbeing, or environment
• Encourage Independence – supporting clients to live well and confidently at home
• Maintain Accurate Records – documenting care provided each visit

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in care or nursing
• Recognised care qualifications
• A valid driving licence is essential
• International driving licences accepted for the first 12 months
