A caring home support company in Sheffield is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to provide personal care and companionship. This role involves assisting with daily tasks and medication routines, ensuring individuals receive the care they need. No previous experience required; training is provided. In this role as Care Assistant, you will:
The ideal Care Assistant is passionate about helping others and committed to delivering high-quality care and support. You'll be a reliable and honest team player with strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure accurate record-keeping. While previous experience in care, hospitality, retail, or customer service is welcomed, it's not essential-we value the right attitude and a willingness to learn. Most importantly, you'll share our values: a commitment to positive change, trust, professional excellence, and delivering personalised care.

Salary: £12.21 per hour + mileage at £0.30 per mile & travel time at £12.21 per hour
Areas covered: S2, Wybourn, Fairleigh, Manor, Hyde Park
Hours: 6am-2pm and 3pm-11pm
No experience necessary - paid training and induction to ensure you feel confident in your role.
