Job Opportunity: Home Care Assistant

A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for a motivated Home Care Assistant to work in an exceptional home care service based in the Harleston, Norfolk area. You will be working for one of the UK's leading healthcare providers.

This is an independent, family-run organisation dedicated to providing quality, person-centred care to people living in their own homes and residential homes.

Minimum Requirement: NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care

Key Duties:

1. Promote the well-being and provide the highest quality of care to residents.
2. Assist with daily tasks, including personal care, support with personal hygiene, outings, and companionship.
3. Encourage independence and support vulnerable individuals with their routines and activities.
4. Ensure accurate record keeping at all times.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Genuine desire to care for others.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have a car.

Benefits:

The successful Home Care Assistant will receive an excellent salary of £15.00 per hour. We currently have vacancies for both day and night shifts. In return for your hard work and commitment, you will receive:
