A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for a motivated Home Care Assistant to work in an exceptional home care service based in the North Walsham area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers.

This is an independent, family-run organisation dedicated to providing quality person-centred care to people living in their own homes and residential homes.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care.

Key Duties
  1. Promoting the well-being and providing the highest quality of care to residents.
  2. Assist with daily tasks, including all personal care such as supporting with personal hygiene, days out, and companionship.
  3. Encourage independence, well-being, and support vulnerable individuals with their routines and activities.
  4. Ensure accurate record keeping at all times.
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Genuine desire to care for others.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have a car.
Salary and Benefits

The successful Home Care Assistant will receive an excellent salary of £14.50 per hour, totaling approximately £27,144 annually. We offer a permanent full-time position with a mix of shifts. In return, you will receive:
