Job summary

A local care provider is looking for dedicated Care Assistants to join their team in England, specifically in Nailsea and surrounding areas. The role offers flexible part-time hours with competitive pay rates of £15.00 per hour on weekdays and £16.25 during evenings and weekends. Responsibilities include providing companionship, meal preparation, and personal care to help clients remain independent in their homes. No prior experience is necessary, but kindness and compassion are essential. Drivers with their own vehicles are preferred.

Job Description

We are looking for compassionate individuals to join our team as Care Assistants in the Bristol West, Portishead, and Nailsea areas. We are particularly keen to hear from people looking for part time work between the hours of 08:00 and 22:00 Monday through Sunday. We offer shifts to suit your lifestyle.

You’ll love working with us because:

• We pay £15.00 per hour Monday to Friday and £16.25 per hour for evenings and weekends.
• We give you double pay on bank holidays.
• We pay your mileage from leaving your home and between your clients.
• You choose when you would like to work.
• No visits for less than 1 hour.
• We will pay for your training, and ongoing development.
• You will achieve the City and Guilds Care Certificate.
• You don't have to wear a uniform. We will provide you with your PPE.

Your Role

You will be supporting our clients to stay in their own homes, helping to keep them safe, happy and as independent as they can be.

• Companionship and meaningful social interactions. Taking clients to appointments.
• Meal preparation and light housework, help with shopping.
• Personal care. Washing, dressing, medication support.
