As a Care Professional, you will provide a variety of non-medical services to help our clients remain independent in their own homes, including:

• Companionship
• General housekeeping
• Non-medical personal care

You do not need any experience to become a Care Professional; however, you should have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary, we just need you to care.
• Compassionate and reliable with a passion for supporting people.
• Good communicator who can easily build relationships with others.
• Someone who wants to make a positive difference in the lives of people in their local community.
• As our clients can be based anywhere across our community, a driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

Additional Information

As a Care Professional, you will receive:

• Excellent rates of pay - £13.10 per hour
• Mileage contribution - up to 40p per mile
• Visits of 1 hour or more with every client
• Industry-leading training throughout your time with Home Instead
