• Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients conditions to the appropriate personnel.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and safety within the care environment.

Experience

• Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is preferred but not essential.
• A good understanding of care plans and the ability to implement them effectively.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are essential for interacting with clients, families, and team members.
