Role of a Homecare Worker

As a Homecare Worker, you will support clients holistically to promote their well-being and enhance their quality of life. Your support may include companionship, medication administration, nutritional assistance, and personal care within clients’ homes. You will also need to follow individual care plans.

Requirements for Homecare Workers

• You must be over 18 years old
• Right to work in the UK
• Full UK Driving License (travel expenses covered up to 50p per mile)
• Good standard of English and effective communication skills
• Enhanced DBS check (cost of £45.40, refunded after a set period of employment; application available upon registration)
