We are looking for caring individuals to join our CAREGivers team at our Coventry South Office. We offer support to our clients in various ways, including companionship, personal care, cooking meals, shopping assistance, or simply sharing a cup of tea and reminiscing about life.

No prior experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive training and support. We will match you with a client based on your hobbies and interests.

You will be introduced to your client on your first meeting.

We offer competitive pay rates from £13.00 to £14.00 during weekends, with double pay on Bank Holidays.

Additional benefits include mileage reimbursement, pension contributions, and flexible working hours.

Qualifications

No specific qualifications are required to become a support worker. However, experience in a care setting or interacting with older people is advantageous. This could include personal experience caring for a family member or voluntary work. A passion for supporting others, reliability, trustworthiness, respectfulness, and the ability to build professional relationships are essential. Comfort in spending time with others is also important.
