Radfield Home Care Oxford & Abingdon is seeking caring individuals to join our team as Home Care Assistants in Abingdon. We welcome all applicants, with full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, and no prior care experience is required.

Earn £13.50–£14.50 per hour, rising to £15–£16 after 6 months, with flexible full-time and part-time contracts. Benefit from travel time, mileage reimbursement, and career development opportunities within a supportive, inclusive environment.

Salary: £13.50 - £14.50 per hour (raising to £15.00 - £16.00 after 6 months)

You don’t need any previous experience to join our Radfield Home Care Team Oxford & Abingdon as a care assistant.

A great personality and good values are the most important attributes to deliver great care. You will need to be over the age of 18, have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle and the right to work in the UK.

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. The role requires contact with vulnerable clients and will be subject to enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references.
