Job summary

Radfield Home Care Oxford & Abingdon seeks a Care Assistant to support clients in their own homes in Oxford and surrounding areas. You will provide compassionate care, assist with daily activities and monitor clients' wellbeing, while building trusted relationships with families and the local community.

The role welcomes all applicants aged 18+, with a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, and offers flexible hours, paid travel time, and mileage coverage to recognise your commitment

• No previous experience required for this Care Assistant role.

Job Title: Care Assistant

Location: Oxford

Contract: Full-Time, Part-Time

Salary: £13.50 - £14.50 per hour (raising to £15.00 - £16.00 after 6 months)

You don’t need any previous experience to join our Radfield Home Care Team Oxford & Abingdon as a care assistant.

A great personality and good values are the most important attributes to deliver great care. You will need to be over the age of 18, have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle and the right to work in the UK.

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. The role requires contact with vulnerable clients and will be subject to enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references.
