You will receive full training, ongoing support, and a paid allowance; carers are self-employed and paired with a dedicated coordinator, with opportunities to engage in local carer networks.

Qualifications

• No formal care qualifications required.
• Must be 21 years or older and a full-time UK resident (no sponsorship).
• Enhanced DBS check and references required.
• Reliable access to a digital device for online learning.
